​Conceived as a private retreat for a prominent Nigerian realty developer, this expansive summer residence in Ibo, Nigeria brings together four combined properties into a singular sanctuary of calm, nature, and understated luxury. The design embraces a contemporary Balinese language infused with Italian sensitivities — balancing tropical warmth with refined spatial elegance and restraint.

The interiors are layered with natural materials such as warm timber, textured stone, woven rattan, linen, and handcrafted finishes that evoke tactile richness and authenticity. While Balinese influences shape the soul of the space, Italian sensibilities introduce compositional discipline, refined proportions, and quiet sophistication — expressed through curated furnishings, restrained detailing, and a minimalist yet deeply warm material palette.
