Some homes are more than just architecture—they are part of a family’s story. This 1960s Black-and-White colonial house in Singapore was the wife’s childhood home. At the request of her father, a highly banking visionary in Southeast Asia, we were entrusted to transform it for her own family of four—honouring its heritage while reimagining it for contemporary living.

• Preserved Heritage – Original red brick walls, French windows, and doors remain as authentic anchors to the home’s history.

• Signature Black & White Palette – Retained as the defining visual thread, now enriched with natural textures and earthy tones for warmth and depth.

• Seamless Expansion – A thoughtfully integrated second floor creates more space while maintaining architectural harmony.

• Rustic Sophistication – Open, airy spaces layered with contemporary elegance and tactile finishes.

• Bespoke Detailing – Custom joinery and curated materials echo colonial craftsmanship with modern functionality.
